Easily Accessible

Located at the geographical centre of Europe, Vilnius is never more than a three-hour flight from any European destination, Vilnius Airport, situated just 15 min from the City Centre, is a hub of 21 airlines flying to 55 destinations. It’s less than a 3 hours journey from any major European city.
First-Class Meeting Facilities

Vilnius has become an attractive option for international meeting planners and event organisers, thanks to its first-class business infrastructure. The city offers a refreshingly diverse choice of venues ready to accommodate the needs of any meeting or event, including hotels and modern conference halls, and non-traditional venues like centuries-old mansions, castle halls, restored royal palaces, modern glass towers, big arenas, and large open-air squares.
Up-and-Coming

Lithuania is among Europe’s fastest-growing innovators, and has been recognised internationally as one of the most knowledge-intensive and innovative cities of Europe – a city as ambitious as you are. Vilnius in particular and Lithuania in general are proud of their record scientific achievements in the ICT, electronics, life sciences, shared services, manufacturing, and clean-tech sectors.
Safe, Peaceful & Green

Lithuania is one of the safest countries in the world. According to the Global Peace Index, it is safer than the USA, the UK and France. There is less than a 3% risk of being harmed by an earthquake, storm, flood or drought here. Moreover, Vilnius is rated as the safest capital in the Baltic States, with relatively low levels of noise. Nearly half of Vilnius is made up of green spaces – about three times more than Amsterdam, Berlin or Warsaw. Drinking water is among the cleanest in Europe and Vilnius has the cleanest air of all major EU cities.
An Open History Book

Vilnius is like an open book, recounting vivid illustrations of the history of European styles – from Gothic to Neoclassical. The Old Town is among the largest in Eastern and Central Europe, and is included on the UNESCO World Heritage list. It’s a book filled with cobblestone streets, tiled roofs, stained glass illustration, and massive metal gates serving as cover pages. Once discovered, it’s really hard to put this particular book down…maybe because the history of Vilnius is still living.
Compact City

Vilnius charms visitors with its labyrinthine UNESCO-listed Old Town, sleek business district, elegant city centre with many open squares and parks, and historic suburbs. It is a compact, pedestrian-friendly city where major meeting facilities, hotels, cosy restaurants and important city sights are all very accessible and within easy reach of one another.
