Returning for its sixth edition, The Meetings Show is back with a new two-day format, including simplified attendance options for hosted buyers and a brand-new pre-show conference.
The show’s hosted buyer programme gives meeting and event planners access to exclusive networking events and education opportunities, allows them to pre-schedule meetings with over 700 exhibitors including venues, hotels, destinations, congress centres and technology suppliers, and also gives them support with travel and accommodation.
The hosted buyer programme is designed for planners from event management agencies, venue finding companies, incentive houses, associations, PCOs, AMCs, charities, government and corporate organisations.
Among the exclusive opportunities available in the programme are the Pre-Show Conference on Tuesday 26 June, with three dedicated streams for associations, agencies and corporate buyers, and the Hosted Buyer Welcome Reception, which this year will be held at London’s Science Museum.
Hosted buyers will also have the opportunity to apply for one of four post-event tours, to Belfast, Bristol, Manchester or Newcastle. These fully hosted, three-night tours will showcase the very best meeting facilities, hotels and local attractions, providing plenty of inspiration for planning the perfect event and will all depart from the show on Thursday afternoon.
