At CONVENE we strive to bring together professionals of the regional meetings industry and provide CONVENE Visitors with the information needed to organise more effective and successful meetings and events.
Why should I become a Visitor at CONVENE?
⦁ Is it your role to choose the destination and organize meetings, conferences, special events, exhibitions, incentive travel, road shows, product launches, promotional events or training programmes outside of your home country?
⦁ Are you looking for a new destination in the Baltic Sea Region, but do not apply for the Hosted Buyers’ Programme?
Then CONVENE Visitors programme is suited exactly for you!
Visitors at CONVENE will have an exceptional possibility to meet professional suppliers from the region, to get acquainted with the recent trends in the meetings industry, to exchange their knowledge with colleagues and enjoy networking during the exhibition.
Participation is completely free of charge but advance registration is necessary.
Visitors consist of quality buyers that have decided to attend the event but outside the Hosted Buyer programme; therefore, they are not required to book pre–scheduled appointments. Visitors will be comprised of those who plan to influence and appoint the selection of meeting destinations and the range of meeting services.
With the whole of the industry behind it, CONVENE is certainly shaping up to be one of the top events of 2019 – definitely not to be missed!
If you are a Non-Exhibiting Supplier and consider the opportunity to participate in CONVENE in the future, we invite you to join one of the short tours around CONVENE which will be held throughout the event. The purpose of those tours is to give you a chance to see the value of CONVENE and the potential benefits of becoming an exhibitor. Registration is mandatory.
Visitors are encouraged to sign up early and plan ahead to make the most of the enhanced business and networking opportunities available in the Baltic Sea region.
